Valley Concrete will send a rep to discuss the details and to help estimate the cost of the project. From there, we can help plan and scale the project as necessary to help you achieve the best possible solution within budget. Drawings are also available upon request.

After the signing of a contract, the work can begin. We will break-up and remove any existing concrete or pavers. Valley Concrete utilizes both hydraulic and electric breakers depending on the size of the job and will haul all materials from the site.

With multiple Skid Steers and Excavators at our disposal, Valley Concrete will make quick work of any excavation necessary for the project. From drilling piers to digging footers to re-grading we are a one stop shop to get the project done quickly and correctly.  

The longevity of your project is directly tied to the base that it is resting on. Choosing the right size and type of base as well as installing and compacting that base will make all the difference.

After installing a proper base, Valley Concrete can form your project to any size and shape you choose.

Pour days are fasted paced with a lot of moving parts. First the integral base color is mixed in the concrete mixing truck and then the concrete is placed. After the concrete is screeded and  leveled, we begin casting color hardener to accent the base colors which is then troweled into the concrete. Once the correct color is achieved, we cast a release agent that prevents the stamp mats from sticking and then proceed to stamp the design.

Once the concrete has cured, the concrete must be pressure washed and scrubbed to remove any excess release agent left over from the stamping process.

After being left to dry, one or more coats of sealer will be applied to protect the concrete from stains and highlight all of the color placed into the  concrete during the pouring process
